We know walking through the door can be the biggest hurdle to overcome. That's why we've designed our whole experience with the reluctant in mind.
Book a trial sessionMembers on our All Access packages can train at any of our locations. Members on our unlimited and 3x per week packages are only permitted to training at their chosen location.
Members on the All Access or Unlimited packages have access to open gym and can train at anytime throughout the day. The gym is open from 5am till 7:30pm.
All our Coaches are available for one on one training. You are welcome to chat to any one of them to get started with personal training.
Octiv is our booking app that allows you to book or cancel your classes and displays the workouts for each day of the week.
We have shower-changerooms at all our facilities.
We have morning classes on Saturdays but are closed on Sundays.

Class times can vary by location. Please see our location pages to find the appropriate class times.
To join the adult classes you need to be older then 17 and as young as your will to train. You are never too old to start training. If you are willing we are here to show you how.
You will never be as ready as you are right now. Our workouts are designed to challenge every fitness level. The Blue, Red or Black version of our workouts allow you to choose the level of difficulty of your training session. Red being the challenge for the day, Blue a little less of a challenge and Black the most challenging version of your workout. Our professional coaches will be there to help you decide which challenge will be best for you.
As a new member you will either complete Roots or Willow Way One and then continue training according to your selected package.
All pregnancies are unique and need to be assessed on case by case basis. We encourage members that are currently training to continue to do so as long as they feel comfortable to train and have received the go ahead from their Doctor.
Worried about not knowing the movements or what to expect? Not going to happen here. New members start with a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our professional coaches. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, discuss your goals, determine how we can best achieve your goals and to introduce you to what you can expect from the group classes.
People of all fitness levels (beginners and those who have been training for years) train together in the same class. Our professional coaches are there to guide you and modify the training session according to your fitness level so that each person in the class trains at a level that is challenging and fun for them . As a beginner you would first complete the Roots programme before officially joining the group training sessions.
