Welcome to Willow Way Kids Fitness, where getting fit and fitting in are equally important! Our Kids Classes are designed to provide a safe and inclusive space for kids between the ages of 4-16 years to exercise, develop healthy habits, and improve their overall well-being.
Nutrition Coaching
How you eat should fuel you to perform at the gym, home and at work – not restrict you. Our nutrition coaching will tailor a plan to you and your goals, no fad diets, juice cleanses or any other extreme calorie restrictive diets.

I have been a member at Willow Way Centurion for almost 2 years now, and I can confidently say that it’s been an incredible journey. The gym offers a variety of functional training workouts that have improved both my physical and mental health. The coaches, Daniel and Stephan, are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each and every member. They’ve helped me to push past my limits and achieve things that I never thought possible. When l look back on when l first started at Willow Way Centurion and where l am now and the things l have managed to accomplish l cannot help but feel proud, I look good, I feel good and I am happy.
But what truly sets Willow Way Centurion apart is the sense of community that’s been fostered here. I’ve made friends who have become family, and the support and encouragement that I’ve received from both the coaches and fellow members have been invaluable. The gym has taught me the importance of a “can-do” attitude, discipline, resilience, and consistency, and I’m proud to say that these values have spilled over into other aspects of my life and l am truly grateful. Upon moving to Pretoria I tried out a couple of CrossFit boxes before deciding to join Willow Way. With a few years of experience in other countries, I’ve visited quite a few boxes. They are by far the most organized, welcoming and friendly one, with the most attentive coaching. Most classes will have two coaches for high quality feedback. Yoga, kids/teen CrossFit, a nutritionist, lots to offer. It’s a large gym with a lot of members (largest number of entries to the Open of any box in Africa and in the top ten globally) but you never feel lost in a crowd or faceless. Nimble to continue to provide options for workouts, even during lockdown phases.
