In our Hybrid Group Classes, our professional coaches will be by your side every step of the way. We’ll teach you the movements, plan your workouts and nutrition to reach your goals. Most importantly we’ll build a relationship with you that makes the process fulfilling and enjoyable. We are the guide and you’re the hero of the story.

    Group training with a highly personal touch, delivering results, transformations, and meaningful connections in 1 hour a day.

  • One on One Coaching

    You prefer to train alone and would like a coach to guide you and keep you accountable.

  • Nutrition Coaching

    Our nutrition coaching will tailor a plan to you and your goals, no fad diets, juice cleanses or any other extreme calorie restrictive diets.

    Upon moving to Pretoria I tried out a couple of CrossFit boxes before deciding to join Willow Way.  With a few years of experience in other countries, I’ve visited quite a few boxes. They are by far the most organized, welcoming and friendly one, with the most attentive coaching.  Most classes will have two coaches for high quality feedback.  Yoga, kids/teen CrossFit, a nutritionist, lots to offer.  It’s a large gym with a lot of members (largest number of entries to the Open of any box in Africa and in the top ten globally) but you never feel lost in a crowd or faceless.   Nimble to continue to provide options for workouts, even during lockdown phases.
