After living a sedentary lifestyle my entire adult life, it wasn’t easy deciding to start exercising. However, from the day I walked into Willow Way Atterbury, my apprehensiveness, level of fitness, and skill level were all considered. The friendly coaches guided me through difficult routines and also encouraged me to take on challenges. They patiently answered my many questions.
Initially, my plan was to exercise at least three times a week. Now, I feel disappointed if I don’t attend classes six days a week. Willow Way Fitness is about more than just exercising. It’s about new friends and personalities, the banter before class, the breathlessness after class, Saturday morning coffee, and the never-ending goal to try just a little harder every time you walk into the gym.
My awkwardness has grown into confidence; what was stiff became supple, and what was immovably heavy yesterday is the warm-up weight of today. Willow Way Atterbury has made me fitter, stronger, and happier than I have ever been in a very long time.”

Going to the gym at Willow Way Atterbury is the best start to my day; it really gets me going. The facilities are awesome – always neat and clean. It’s a great feeling to know that I’ll be arriving at the gym to train with like-minded people and be trained by coaches who want more from life, but who also want to help us as members improve and we have fun while doing it.
When I first started at Willow Way, I was very overweight, weighing 140kg. But with their help, I lost around 40kg. They have been with me through thick and thin, helping me not only improve my physical appearance but also gain confidence in my abilities and what I can do inside and outside of the gym. Willow Way Brooklyn is a fabulous gym with great people and great workouts! The coaches are so welcoming, explain the movements well and are helpful with adjustments for those of us who aren’t super fit (yet) or who aren’t comfortable with some of the equipment. The intro month is great to give it a try before committing to a contract, and there are many contract options to choose from. Highly recommend.
