Going to the gym at Willow Way Atterbury is the best start to my day; it really gets me going. The facilities are awesome – always neat and clean. It’s a great feeling to know that I’ll be arriving at the gym to train with like-minded people and be trained by coaches who want more from life, but who also want to help us as members improve and we have fun while doing it.
When I first started at Willow Way, I was very overweight, weighing 140kg. But with their help, I lost around 40kg. They have been with me through thick and thin, helping me not only improve my physical appearance but also gain confidence in my abilities and what I can do inside and outside of the gym. When I first joined Willow Way I needed to fall in love with training again.
After joining I didn’t just love it, I was able to gain skills in order to complete with the best there is.
My focus has now shifted and Willow Way is keeping up! A balance in programming ensures that I can show up every day. This translates into a healthy life outside the gym as well.
Willow Way is for every single person. If you are an athlete, or an person trying to keep healthy. The combination of consistent programming and excellent coaching allows for success.
