Our nutrition coaching will tailor a plan to you and your goals, no fad diets, juice cleanses or any other extreme calorie restrictive diets.Our goal is to find a sustainable way to reach your body composition goals, while still enjoying the good stuff, having soul-warming meals with friends and family, and not feeling guilty about it.

We're here to simplify, empower and guide you on your health journey.

Intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, vegan,, zone, Atkins, and on and on. Wave after wave of new diets and what is the “right” way to eat. So much so that the information we see on social media is no longer helpful but just plain confusing and overwhelming.

Now, we’re not saying diets are bad, but they are still diets. And what we hear when someone says “diet” is that you need to overhaul your life on day one and set “rules” for what you can and cannot eat. It’s their way or the highway. The problem with that is, firstly, that everyone is unique—your body type, your goals, your preferences, your budget, your relationship with food, and your time. Secondly, for anything to work, it needs to be sustainable. How many times have you started a diet only for it to last a few weeks?

I’ve always tried to exercise and train throughout my life, but I never had the proper motivation to stay committed.
Since joining Willow Way, it has been so easy to stay committed and train. Going to the gym now is very convenient and part of my routine, and the results quickly showed. I’m now in the best shape of my life. My morning sessions set me up for the rest of the day and keep me motivated throughout the day.
My fitness level has also drastically increased, and I have much more energy to enjoy all the other parts of my life and hobbies, like entertaining my kids with whatever they ask of me and even putting together a solid round of golf without deteriorating towards the end like I used to do. Although my fitness level is at its best that it has ever been in my adult life, I’m still motivated by the coaches and myself to work and push harder to increase this level. I started my health journey in 2020. Taking my health seriously had never been a priority for me; it was always easier to ignore. However, I realized that my decision to ignore it would eventually have consequences for the people I care about, such as my wife and sons. Not being able to be active and live a full life was always just an excuse for me, but I didn’t want my sons to have me as a role model at that stage. So, I took responsibility and started my journey.

In 2020, I joined Willow Way to assist in speeding up my weight loss. I gained much more than I could have ever imagined. Unintentionally, I made great friends who motivate me to continually be a better version of myself. I have been a member since the first day Willow Way Atterbury opened their doors, and I can honestly say it feels like an extension of my home. The coaches are great and have become friends, and the staff and coaches are authentic and real. Knowing and trusting them has allowed me to consistently improve throughout my time there. Just consistently showing up to the classes was effectively all it took to improve my health in the long run. Without sounding like a “fat loss” commercial, I am really able to live an active life and I am one step closer to being a better person and role model to the people I care about.

I have been a member at Willow Way Centurion for almost 2 years now, and I can confidently say that it’s been an incredible journey. The gym offers a variety of functional training workouts that have improved both my physical and mental health.  The coaches, Daniel and Stephan, are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each and every member. Going to the gym at Willow Way Atterbury is the best start to my day; it really gets me going. The facilities are awesome – always neat and clean. It’s a great feeling to know that I’ll be arriving at the gym to train with like-minded people and be trained by coaches who want more from life, but who also want to help us as members improve and we have fun while doing it.
When I first started at Willow Way, I was very overweight, weighing 140kg. But with their help, I lost around 40kg. They have been with me through thick and thin, helping me not only improve my physical appearance but also gain confidence in my abilities and what I can do inside and outside of the gym. Upon moving to Pretoria I tried out a couple of CrossFit boxes before deciding to join Willow Way.  With a few years of experience in other countries, I’ve visited quite a few boxes. They are by far the most organized, welcoming and friendly one, with the most attentive coaching.  Most classes will have two coaches for high quality feedback.  Yoga, kids/teen CrossFit, a nutritionist, lots to offer.  It’s a large gym with a lot of members (largest number of entries to the Open of any box in Africa and in the top ten globally) but you never feel lost in a crowd or faceless.   Nimble to continue to provide options for workouts, even during lockdown phases.

FAQ's

We know walking through the door can be the biggest hurdle to overcome. That's why we've designed our whole experience with the reluctant in mind.

Book a trial session

We believe that training should be a part of your everyday routine (Monday to Saturday). As a minimum we would like to work with you 3x per week to achieve your goals.

Members on our All Access packages can train at any of our locations. Members on our unlimited and 3x per week packages are only permitted to training at their chosen location. 

Members on the All Access or Unlimited packages have access to open gym and can train at anytime throughout the day. The gym is open from 5am till 7:30pm. 

All our Coaches are available for one on one training. You are welcome to chat to any one of them to get started with personal training.

Octiv is our booking app that allows you to book or cancel your classes and displays the workouts for each day of the week.

We have shower-changerooms at all our facilities.

We have morning classes on Saturdays but are closed on Sundays.

To get started complete Roots or Willow Way One and your sign-up form

Class times can vary by location. Please see our location pages to find the appropriate class times.

To join the adult classes you need to be older then 17 and as young as your will to train. You are never too old to start training. If you are willing we are here to show you how. 

You will never be as ready as you are right now. Our workouts are designed to challenge every fitness level. The Blue, Red or Black version of our workouts allow you to choose the level of difficulty of your training session. Red being the challenge for the day, Blue a little less of a challenge and Black the most challenging version of your workout. Our professional coaches will be there to help you decide which challenge will be best for you. 

As a new member you will either complete Roots or Willow Way One and then continue training according to your selected package.  

All pregnancies are unique and need to be assessed on case by case basis. We encourage members that are currently training to continue to do so as long as they feel comfortable to train and have received the go ahead from their Doctor. 

Worried about not knowing the movements or what to expect? Not going to happen here. New members start with a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions with one of our professional coaches. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better, discuss your goals, determine how we can best achieve your goals and to introduce you to what you can expect from the group classes.

People of all fitness levels (beginners and those who have been training for years) train together in the same class. Our professional coaches are there to guide you and modify the training session according to your fitness level so that each person in the class trains at a level that is challenging and fun for them . As a beginner you would first complete the Roots programme before officially joining the group training sessions.
