The Home of Those Who Demand More From Life.

We're a sanctuary for going all out,
and everyone's invited.

We’re not your typical gym – not even close. We help people realise their unvoiced dreams, like keeping up with your kids, looking good on the beach or running a marathon.

Whether you Train Group or Train Solo, our professional coaches will be by your side every step of the way. We’ll teach you the movements, plan your workouts and nutrition to reach your goals. Most importantly we’ll build a relationship with you that makes the process fulfilling and enjoyable. We are the guide and you’re the hero of the story.

We train for real, and we welcome absolutely everybody! We judge people on their desire to improve their life and nothing else.

Testimonials

Upon moving to Pretoria I tried out a couple of CrossFit boxes before deciding to join Willow Way.  With a few years of experience in other countries, I’ve visited quite a few boxes. They are by far the most organized, welcoming and friendly one, with the most attentive coaching.  Most classes will have two coaches for high quality feedback.  Yoga, kids/teen CrossFit, a nutritionist, lots to offer.  It’s a large gym with a lot of members (largest number of entries to the Open of any box in Africa and in the top ten globally) but you never feel lost in a crowd or faceless.   Nimble to continue to provide options for workouts, even during lockdown phases.

I started my health journey in 2020. Taking my health seriously had never been a priority for me; it was always easier to ignore. However, I realized that my decision to ignore it would eventually have consequences for the people I care about, such as my wife and sons. Not being able to be active and live a full life was always just an excuse for me, but I didn’t want my sons to have me as a role model at that stage. So, I took responsibility and started my journey.

In 2020, I joined Willow Way to assist in speeding up my weight loss. I gained much more than I could have ever imagined. Unintentionally, I made great friends who motivate me to continually be a better version of myself. I have been a member since the first day Willow Way Atterbury opened their doors, and I can honestly say it feels like an extension of my home. The coaches are great and have become friends, and the staff and coaches are authentic and real. Knowing and trusting them has allowed me to consistently improve throughout my time there. Just consistently showing up to the classes was effectively all it took to improve my health in the long run. Without sounding like a “fat loss” commercial, I am really able to live an active life and I am one step closer to being a better person and role model to the people I care about.

After living a sedentary lifestyle my entire adult life, it wasn’t easy deciding to start exercising. However, from the day I walked into Willow Way Atterbury, my apprehensiveness, level of fitness, and skill level were all considered. The friendly coaches guided me through difficult routines and also encouraged me to take on challenges. They patiently answered my many questions.
Initially, my plan was to exercise at least three times a week. Now, I feel disappointed if I don’t attend classes six days a week. Willow Way Fitness is about more than just exercising. It’s about new friends and personalities, the banter before class, the breathlessness after class, Saturday morning coffee, and the never-ending goal to try just a little harder every time you walk into the gym.
My awkwardness has grown into confidence; what was stiff became supple, and what was immovably heavy yesterday is the warm-up weight of today. Willow Way Atterbury has made me fitter, stronger, and happier than I have ever been in a very long time.”

When I first joined Willow Way I needed to fall in love with training again.
After joining I didn’t just love it, I was able to gain skills in order to complete with the best there is.
My focus has now shifted and Willow Way is keeping up! A balance in programming ensures that I can show up every day. This translates into a healthy life outside the gym as well.
Willow Way is for every single person. If you are an athlete, or an person trying to keep healthy. The combination of consistent programming and excellent coaching allows for success.
P.s the dogs love the community runs!

I have been a member at Willow Way Centurion for almost 2 years now, and I can confidently say that it’s been an incredible journey. The gym offers a variety of functional training workouts that have improved both my physical and mental health.  The coaches, Daniel and Stephan, are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and provide personalized attention to each and every member. They’ve helped me to push past my limits and achieve things that I never thought possible. When l look back on when l first started at Willow Way Centurion and where l am now and the things l have managed to accomplish l cannot help but feel proud, I look good, I feel good and I am happy.

But what truly sets Willow Way Centurion apart is the sense of community that’s been fostered here. I’ve made friends who have become family, and the support and encouragement that I’ve received from both the coaches and fellow members have been invaluable. The gym has taught me the importance of a “can-do” attitude, discipline, resilience, and consistency, and I’m proud to say that these values have spilled over into other aspects of my life and l am truly grateful.  To anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive environment to help them achieve their fitness goals, then Willow Way Centurion is a great place to be.  Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this gym has something to offer for everyone.

Understanding and overcoming injuries.

For years, I struggled with knee pain. From anti-inflammatories and massages to needling, cupping, physiotherapists, and doctors—I tried it all. Eventually, I turned to the most recommended solution: REST. But it didn’t work. While resting did provide temporary relief, the...

We push harder in here,
To Live Better Out There

The culture Willow Way was built on seven years ago; it dictates our mindset and approach to life inside and outside the gym. It extends beyond our walls—a community of go-getters who live life to the fullest, regardless of fitness level.

What problem does this solve?

People don’t have enough fitness to live the life they want. They struggle to keep up with their kids. They have to say no to adventures they secretly wish they could join.

We make them strong and fit enough so they can live the life they want – a life on their terms, without limitations.
