Your First Session

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your first session, which is why we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled class so we can show you around and get to know you.

The Demo

Gather around the training board. Here the coach provides a thorough explanation of the sessions workout followed by an in-depth demonstration of each movement to be performed, accompanied by helpful technique cues and tips.
